You're a bold, confident
orange. A warm, powerful color that indicates a strong, welcoming personality, orange is the mark of people who are social and extroverted by nature. Vibrant, with an upbeat attitude, you have a bright, inviting demeanor. Energetic and fun-loving, you're a real friend-magnet. Your easy charm and unassuming manner make you the sort of person people want to meet and get to know better. Well-rounded and fun to be around, you enjoy helping others, so it's no surprise that orange also symbolizes attraction. Orange is an extraordinary color — for an extraordinary person.

Lately, I've been much enamored with country music. My mom called me the other day and said that my dad was going to lose all respect for me! I though politics had that effect on people, not music! I'm sure she was kidding... right Dad?!?
Anyway, I'm not a big fan of twangy, old school country, but the new more pop oriented tunes. For my birthday, we went to see Brad Paisley in my company suite at Energy Solutions Arena.
Great concert and loads of fun!

For Christmas our kids were given sweaters knitted by their Nana. They are so cute on them! I am tempted to learn how to knit so I can make myself one. Thanks Nana!

Will is sporting his big boy tie. Isn't he the cutest thing since sliced ham?

John and I took the kids to South Towne Mall to visit Santa. I thought for sure Charlotte would cry and want nothing to do with him. She, as usual, would not stop talking and Will wanted his beard so bad he was drooling. The girls were able to tell him everything they wanted and walk away with a hat and a candy cane.

Charlotte and I have been taking a mommy and me dance class since September. We had our dance class debut in December in front of the state of Utah (it felt like). Charlotte wanted to go back on the stage and dance again. She did awesome and so did all of the other little girls and 1 boy. I think the mommies even remembered the dance too!

For New Years Eve we invited some of our friends over to rock. Our friend Josh brought his Rock Band XBox game and Nate brought his Guitar Hero over so we could play some games to ring in the new year. Although, we did kick everyone out at 10mp so we could get some rest. I know we are so old! The kids had so much fun rocking out and singing the rock music. The guys I think had the most fun. They got so in to it they wouldn't even smile. So much consentration! Happy New Year everyone!!
