On our way to see John's parents we stopped in Liberty, MO to see Liberty Jail. The Church has built a visitors center around the actual jail. It was very cool to see what Joseph Smith and 4 other men had to endur during their 4 months in Jail. They were there during the winter months with a roof only 5 feet tall.
So did it freak out your kids at the jail?? Seriously Griff still talks about it! I am glad you had a safe trip, looks like you had a fun time and sorry we didn't get to see you!
