I was able to go on Emily's field trip the same week as Charlottes. We rode the bus to Sunnyside Park by the U and had an early lunch and let the kids play for a bit. We then headed up to Red Butte Gardens for a guided tour of their "natural" gardens. This was such a fun 3 mile hike. We went up and down the mountain and saw wildlife, wild flowers, and skat (animal poo). The kids were so good in my group and I know Em had so much fun having her mom tag along.
